4 years ago I purchased my first property using my credit card and a hard money loan. I purchased it for $70,000, invested $20,000 and refinance it for $120,000. That was a $30,000 profit for me.

Since then I have used credit cards and hard money lenders to purchase homes, rinse, and repeat the same process.

I financed the purchase and the renovation, I rented the property, and began cash flowing $600 per month. I was hooked! I realized that you can use business credit to grow your business quickly.

While being a full-time Registered Nurse, I used credit cards to build my property portfolio. After making some mistakes on my first property, I learned how to structure my LLC the right way so that I can have access to business funding.

I realized using credit cards and lines of credit was much easier than using traditional home loan products. So now I want to help other future investors do the same thing and escape the bondage of a 9-5.
